Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 5:00 PM PT (Seattle time) are typically processed within 1–2 days.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT will be processed starting the next day.
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. Any delays will be promptly communicated.
Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once the order has been shipped.
Please note: While we process orders every day, some carriers may not move shipments on major holidays.

Alaska & Hawaii: We also ship here; additional charges may apply. Final costs will be shown at checkout.

PO Boxes: Delivery to PO Boxes is supported.
Delivery Delays: Severe weather, natural disasters, or other events outside our control may cause occasional delays.
Updating Your Shipping Address
Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order is in transit.

Cancelling an Order
If you change your mind before your order has shipped, you may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Issues with Your Order
Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged, please reject the delivery if possible and notify us immediately.
If it was delivered without you present, contact us with details and we’ll assist according to our Return Policy.
Lost Orders
If your order does not arrive within 3–6 days of shipping, please reach out to us.
We’ll work with USPS to track your parcel.
If confirmed lost and your shipping address was correct, we will send a replacement free of charge.
If the address provided at checkout was incorrect, we cannot be held responsible.
