If the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via phone or email within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify for a full or partial refund, as applicable. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Sale or discounted items are final sales and cannot be returned for store credit or refunded to the original method of payment. If your refund request is approved, you will receive a refund minus a 25% restocking fee based on the product price. We do not subtract that fee for returns due to a product defect or an error on our part.

At Plusemart24, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Condition of Item: Items must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
Final Sale Items: Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Acceptable Return Reasons
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days to request a return.
Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item, notify us within 30 days so we can arrange a replacement.
Change of Mind: If you change your mind or no longer want the item, you may return it as long as it meets our eligibility requirements.
3. Return Process
Contact us at support@plusemart24.store to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once approved, you will receive instructions and, if applicable, a pre-paid shipping label.
Place the item securely in its original packaging and attach the provided return label.
Ship the item back to us.
⚠️ Important: Unsolicited returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Our Responsibility: If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Customer Responsibility: For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 10–12 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount, except in cases of product defects or errors caused by Plusemart24.
Refunds will not be issued via CashApp, Venmo, Payoneer, or similar platforms. If necessary, refunds may be issued via bank transfer.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order separately.
7. Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
This fee does not apply to returns due to product defects or mistakes made by Plusemart24.
8. Exceptions
Incorrect Shipping Address: We ship to the address provided at checkout. If you enter an incorrect address, Plusemart24 is not responsible for losses or undeliverable packages.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded or canceled.
